Job Description:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing various HR functions within the organization to ensure that employees are effectively supported and the company's policies are followed. This role requires management of the HR department which includes employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with labor laws, and benefits administration. The HR Manager also plays a key role in fostering a positive work environment, addressing employee concerns, and working with leadership to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements for this role:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Managing employee benefits and compliance.
- Handling employee relations, investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Monitoring HR metrics and creating reports.
- Strong conflict resolution and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of Employment Laws: Familiarity with laws such as FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and other local, state, and federal regulations.
- Manage Leave Of Absence based on city/state/federal requirements
- Manage benefits for current and incoming employees
- Ability to use HR data for decision-making and reporting.
- Experience in fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Monitor and update clinical employee's credentials making sure it is up to date in HR Software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years in human resources or a related field. Experience in a supervisory or management role is highly preferred.
- SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, CHRP, or PHR/SPHR certifications are highly preferred
- Some knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services is preferred.
- Proficient with HRIS systems
Compensation: Starting at $70,000 - $ 95,000 Annually (DOE)
