Cypress Village is recruiting for a hospitality focused Human Resources Manager to join our team!

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Human Resources Manager:

  • Oversee and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including licensure audits and AHCA standards.
  • Manage employee leave processes, including FMLA/LOA requests, and provide updates to management.
  • Supervise workers' compensation claims and maintain accurate documentation and communication.
  • Conduct routine HR system audits to ensure accuracy in employee records and reporting.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies and foster strong communication across teams.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional growth.
  • Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate submission.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on compliance, leave administration, or employee relations.
  • Proficiency in the English language enabling the employee to read, write, comprehend and communicate simple instructions, correspondence, memos, etc.
  • Must possess high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare accurate and timely reports to meet required deadlines
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Good inter-department communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to plan and organize meetings and events
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee, resident, vendor, and company records and data

Salary is starting at $62,000 depending upon experience and skillset.
