What You'll Do:

  • Manage employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and foster a positive workplace environment.
  • Facilitate annual merit reviews, allocate variable compensation, and collaborate with leadership to enhance benefits programs.
  • Mentor and develop a team of HR professionals to deliver exceptional results and grow their potential.
  • Monitor and improve HR processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment, including leadership roles.
