The Recruiter's primary responsibility is to continually improve the organization's ability to attract, select, and retain highly qualified staff. This position will lead robust recruiting strategies to attract active and passive talent into the organization, and will build effective relationships with prospective talent and manage ongoing hiring manager relationships. The Talent Acquisition team is a key contributor to our mission, and we provide the talent to deliver on this mission to our patients.

Responsibilities
Serves as lead for assigned system wide recruiting function or strategic projects or initiatives.Serves as the member for strategic recruiting initiatives based on best practices for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organizationFollows full life cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple process levels. Create and implement strategies to attract passive job seekers to include Google and job board aggregators, online searches and techniques, social media, networking, employee referral campaigns, university recruitment, job fairs, and others.Coordinates the organization's participation in and attends recruitment fairs, trade shows, open-house events, etc. to promote the career opportunities available within the organization.Actively leads participation in staffing related activities and engage in cross functional projects.Partner with team leads and other leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiativesWork with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria (HSA)Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring manager, business leaders, and HR Business Partners. May serve as a direct recruitment resource for employees whose positions have been eliminated. Works directly with impacted employee and HR Business partner to expedite, support and streamline hiring process for employee into another FMOLHS open positions.Work closely with hiring managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.Establishes, develops, and maintains excellent relationships with sources of employee referrals (i.e. schools, colleges, universities, professional licensing and state boards, etc.) and serves as the point person for recruitment for specific universities or school programs.Regular follow up with respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timelessness of recruitment process.Serves as a trainer for hiring manager and peer interviewing validator.Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity.Develop and execute time management plan.Other Duties as AssignedAbout Us
