Ginkgo Residential is looking for an HR & Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The HR & Recruiting Coordinator will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will play a crucial role in spearheading the recruitment and onboarding process for onsite positions while cultivating a positive candidate experience. This position will also provide payroll support and various administrative support for the Human Resources team.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop relationships with on-site managers and employees to understand their property specific needs.
- Post open positions on various websites.
- Review and assess candidate's qualifications and suitability for position.
- Screen resumes and perform initial phone interviews for on-site positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for onsite Managers as well as Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager during the recruiting and onboarding process for candidates and new team members.
- Responsible for entering bonuses for payroll processing and assisting as needed.
- Other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required.
- 1 year of Human Resources/Recruiting experience required.
- Basic knowledge of key recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, assessing, and relationship management.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and priorities.
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Flexibility to travel to properties as needed.
