The Human Resources Representative assumes responsibility for the coordination of administrative activities related to employee relations, retention, orientation and training, policies & procedures updates, employee record compliance and benefits. The HR representative processes applications and serves as the intermediate liaison between applicants and our onboarding team. This individual will educate all new hires on their employee benefits, company policies, compile all new employee files, while enjoying being a part of an ever-expanding team committed to employee fulfilment.
