Natchaug Hospital is Eastern Connecticuts leading provider for children, adolescents and adults with mental illness and substance abuse addictions. We offer a variety of programs including inpatient and outpatient behavioral health, residential treatment for court-involved teenage girls, geriatric services, clinical day treatment schools and chemical dependency services. Job Summary

This HR Representative will provide a wide variety of human resource support and assists in the daily operation of the HR function. Lead project work and participate in work groups related to streamlining HR processes across the Behavioral Health Network and larger system in support of continual process improvement. Acts as a liaison between employees and the HHC Employee Service Center and will assist with responding to union grievances, employee relations investigations.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree required, Human Resource Management preferred 1 to 3 years general business experience, Human Resources preferred Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership and teambuilding skills required Must be able to work with others, take direction and work varying hours Advanced Microsoft Office skills required Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills Ability to uphold strict confidentiality of HR information Bilingual a plus We take great care of careers.
