The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic and proficient HR Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be based at our Loudon, TN location, supporting two manufacturing plants that are co-located. This is a rewarding opportunity that will allow you to leverage your HR expertise to influence our people strategy, implement key HR initiatives, and effectively manage employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite HR support to managers relating to HR matters.
  • Guide management and staff on employee relations issues and performance management.
  • Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Engage in HR projects focused on talent acquisition, retention, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with plant leadership to enhance employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into disciplinary matters.
  • Support the management of employee performance and assist in the disciplinary process as needed.
  • Co-lead local recruitment efforts with assistance from our Global Talent Acquisition team.

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional HR experience.
  • Knowledgeable about HR laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
