  • Support recruiting activities such as job ads, hiring events, job fairs, etc.
  • Formulate recruitment strategies that best serve business needs
  • Review and select applicants
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Assess candidates through phone screens and interviews
  • Make hiring decisions in partnership with Executive Director
  • Conduct background and reference checks
  • Support employee onboarding with paperwork, training, etc.
  • Lead pre-employment training and orientation
  • Facilitate engagement and retention initiatives along with the Executive Director
  • Provide general HR and payroll support
  • Office support including phone and scheduling assistance, customer service, and office organization
  • Participate in rotational on-call/afterhours support
Job Requirements:
  • A personal or professional history that shows a passion for supporting older adults
  • Recruiting, Applicant Selection, and Interview Experience
  • Experience in office support
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including high proficiency in Excel
  • Working knowledge of ADP preferred
  • Background in Human Services Related Field preferred
  • Associates degree in Human Resources field preferred
  • Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable insured vehicle
Benefits:
  • Salary $60,000-$65,000 based on experience
