Opportunity to join a dynamic human resources team for a firm located near Hoffman Estates. The Human Resources Systems Specialist proactively supports multiple functions of the Human Resource Department. The individual will report to the Head of HR and will work closely with the HR team. Experience with ADP HRIS. Client offers a flexible hybrid schedule. Pay range $80k-$85k

Essential duties:
- Conduct employee life cycle database updates
- Ensures compliance with Form I-9
- Process verification of employment requests
- Manage Employee Excellence Program
- Manage annual employee engagement survey
- Process data requests for internal departments
- Perform recurring audits on HR systems and databases as needed
- Triage office mail and HR department email
- Support HR and Compensation & Benefits teams as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a related fieldPreferred 3-7 years of Human Resource experience in a corporate environmentProficiency in ADPFamiliarity with background check and drug screen third party systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
