Job Title: Human Resources Specialist
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: March 3, 2025
Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our growing HR team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about making a difference in HR and employee engagement, with a focus on creating efficient, organized, and supportive HR processes. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, employee benefits, and compliance reporting while helping to create a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding/Offboarding:
- Ensure accurate data entry for new hires in Paycom.
- Conduct monthly Paycom compliance audits.
- Handle employee changes, such as title changes, benefits, direct deposits, and cost centers in Paycom.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Run and track compliance reports (e.g., CPR certifications) and follow up with employees as needed.
- Support the preparation of regular turnover reports for department managers.
Employee Engagement & Communication:
- Assist in enhancing employee engagement through event planning, internal communications, and promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Create internal forms, flyers, and announcements to be posted on-site and through Paycom.
Benefits Administration:
- Manage benefits enrollment and compliance for employees.
- Partner with wellness benefits providers.
- Support 403B enrollment and other benefits-related tasks.
General HR Support:
- Field and route employee questions to the appropriate departments.
- Provide overall administrative support to the HR team.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- 0-3 years of experience in HR, benefits, or compensation.
- Recent college graduates with a passion for HR are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail, task-oriented, and highly organized.

- Strong communication skills and ability to engage employees.
- Enthusiastic, innovative, and willing to learn and grow within HR.
