Staffing Coordinator

Location: Spokane Valley, WA (In Office)

Starting Pay: $20.00-$22.00/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

We have an exciting opportunity for a staffing coordinator based in our Spokane Valley, WA office.

In this role you will recruit for security officer positions and perform a variety of HR administration functions. Come grow your career with us! Lots of opportunities for growth!

Your Day to Day:

• Recruiting – Phone screens, interviewing, job offers
• Maintaining personnel files
• Assists with new hire training and orientation
• Participates in job fairs
• Various HR/Administrative duties
• District Manager Support

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have reliable means of communication & transportation
• Must have the legal right to work in the USA
• Must have the ability to read, speak and write English
• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug and background
• Must have a minimum of 2 years full-cycle recruitment experience
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office is mandatory
• Must have experience with high volume staffing
