This position offers room for considerable growth within the organization. As a Human Service Coordinator with Community Options, your role is to manage and provide access to necessary supportive services in the company and in the community. You will partner with clients to aid them with developing individual plans that support their goals and overcome barriers so they can reach self-sufficiency.Who are we? The salary for this position is $18-$21 an hour depending on experience (DOE).QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- Associate Degree and two (2) years of related experience; or bachelor's degree in a related field: human services, psychology, sociology, social work, etc. in lieu of experience
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance for the vehicle subject to the statute of the licensing state will be required based on assigned job duties
- Successfully pass a criminal background check, and drug screening, and obtain ND Department of Human Service (DHS) pre-employment approval
- Completion of training as required by Community Options
UNDERFILL OPTION: If unable to find qualified applicants, we will consider under-filling as a Service Coordinator I with a salary of $17.00 per hour. Minimum qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, and 2 years of related experience, i.e., human services, customer service, or a related field defined hiring manager. An associate degree may be used in lieu of the 2 years' work experience and/or degree.Essential Skills and Experience:
