Locations: We currently have opportunities in the Amherst/Northampton/Easthampton, MA areas of Hampshire County.
Pay rate: Pay rates vary based on location and program complexities, ensuring that your hard work is recognized and rewarded. Range starts at $44,782-$52,249.

Position overview: Program Managers oversee all functions of a residential group home operation. You will providing direct care, case management, and social work services, as well as supervising direct support professionals to ensure the achievement of individual and program goals. Collaborate with a dedicated team to create opportunities for individuals to actively engage within their communities, fostering a sense of belonging and inclusion.
Ideal Candidate: Our most successful Program Manager's at Pathlight, have a diverse skill set. A strong foundation in human services. With at least 3 to 5 years of progressive learning and proven supervisory experience. Proficiency in computer systems and applications is a must, enabling you to effectively manage program coordination and documentation. Additionally, possessing a valid driver's license and reliable transportation is necessary to ensure seamless operations and client support.
Requirements:
* Valid driver's license, clear driving history, and reliable transportation/vehicle is required.
* Acceptable CORI background screen.
* 3-5 years of previous experience in Human Services field, working with adults with disabilities
* Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* CPR/First Aid and MAP certification.
* Leadership/supervisory experience required.
