What You'll Do:

As Branch Manager, you will oversee operations, driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while fostering a positive, performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business plans tailored to each location, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.
• Revenue Growth: Drive business development through geographical expansion, new service lines, and sales performance.
• Team Empowerment: Recruit, train, and mentor Service Managers and Technicians to build a cohesive, high-performing team across all branches.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations with a focus on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and achieving financial targets.
• Training & Development: Lead comprehensive onboarding and training programs to enhance technical skills, leadership capabilities, and customer service excellence.
• Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with the executive team to align branch operations with broader company objectives and best practices.

Experience:

• 5+ years in a leadership role within the service industry (HVAC, Plumbing, or Home Improvement), with a proven track record in P&L management, team building, and customer service excellence.
