HVAC Client Care Specialist - Sunshine Air Conditioning : Job Details

Position Summary: We are looking for a full-time, hourly HVAC Client Care Specialist to join our team. This full-time, HVAC Client Care Specialist, as a member of the Sales team, will meet with homeowners within Marion, Lake, and Sumter Counties for whom we have recently installed a replacement HVAC system. This person will provide them with system orientation including equipment information, thermostat operation, maintenance requirements, and more. On-the-job training will be provided. This position does offer a company vehicle with gas card, tablet, and cell phone. There will be opportunities to earn commission.

Work Hours: Monday through Friday starting at 8:00 AM

Pay Range: $20/hr

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Educate the homeowners on their replacement HVAC system - including but not limited to drain line care, filter changes, and overall best practices to assist in extending the life of their system. Familiarize owners with smart thermostat operation including setting up WiFi and phone application.

Offer additional purchase options for warranties, products, and services such as our maintenance plan and indoor air quality products. Present information within the Orientation Packet, provide the owner with any additional accessories, answer questions, and welcome them to the Sunshine family while providing them with a best in class consumer experience.

Required Qualifications/Attributes:

• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of Residential HVAC preferred
• Sales experience a plus
• Strong people skills / customer service skills
• Must have a sunny, positive attitude
• Strong communication skills and ability for active listening
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Organizational skills
• Computer skills & ability to learn new software
• Must have solid, stable work history
• Valid Driver's License & an insurable driving record
