Allen Service provides home services, such as electrical and plumbing, as well as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services. Our expert team has served Fort Collins residents for over six decades and is expanding those services to the Denver Metropolitan area. We are looking to add an HVAC Install Apprentice to our team! The HVAC Install Apprentice will work with numerous HVAC equipment manufacturers, system parts and mechanisms, to assist HVAC retrofit specialist to install premium HVAC systems. This includes upgrading and improving ductwork, replacing parts and adjusting system controls for better performance by using special tools and diagnostic equipment.Why work for Allen Service?

  • Compensation: $18-22/hr based on experience
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in HVAC installation, repair, or maintenance preferred but not required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Primary Job Functions:
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
  • Assist lead installer in preparing for the day by loading equipment on trucks for scheduled jobs and maintain truck cleanliness and inventory.
  • Assist in completing invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
  • Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
