Responsibilities for the Lead HVAC Installer:
- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning systems.
- Capable of independently performing the entire installation process to collaborate with team members to make sure the job is done efficiently with no callbacks.
- Ensure efficient material usage and maintain sufficient equipment stock.
- Collect payment or payment details from customers for services rendered.
- Maintain company vehicle and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and proper functioning.
- Prepare invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
- Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during all interactions with customers.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as required, including cross-training in various roles.
Requirements for the Lead HVAC Installer:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Residential HVAC Installation experience.
- Experience with leading a 2+man crew.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Sheet Metal license in MA highly preferred.
- A clean and safe driving record with valid state driver's license.
- Exceptional customer communication skills.
- A team player who thrives in both collaborative and independent settings.
- An enthusiastic and positive individual eager to embrace challenges.
- Physically able to work on HVAC units - Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
- Ability to work outside; exposed to heat and cold.
