Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled, motivated, ethical, and safety-oriented HVAC Install Technician. The Sheet Metal Technician must complete tasks in accordance with all mechanical codes, job specifications, plans, and contract documents, resulting in a complete and proper working system. Qualified candidates must be able to install all types of commercial and residential HVAC equipment. Job Responsibilities: Install HVAC/R equipment following company policies, manufacturer instructions, and applicable codes. Identify and solve problems that might affect current or future performance. Complete repairs, improvements, or installations within budgeted hours while maintaining quality. Start-up new equipment and verify correct operation. Ensure complete customer satisfaction and obtain sign-off upon completion of work. Maintain a clean and organized work area and vehicle. Complete all required paperwork, including daily reports, AWA's, and RFI's. Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Graduation from an approved HVACR program or equivalent experience is a plus. Universal CFC certification is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of installation experience in the HVAC industry, preferred. Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent, or tenured experience. Graduated from an approved HVACR program or equivalent experience. A minimum of 2 years of residential/commercial HVACR installation experience preferred. Ability to work outside, inside, and in dusty, noisy, and hazardous areas. Ability to work in high places, tight places, confined spaces, and/or other adverse locations. Ability to lift and carry 51 to 75 lbs. occasionally, and/or 31 to 45 lbs. frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 16 to 22 lbs. constantly to move objects. Salary and Benefits: Salary: $45,000-$100,000+ yearly, depending on experience.
