They're seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join their team of dedicated experts.In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of residential HVAC systems. You'll also play a key role in educating customers and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. • Execute high-quality HVAC installations, ensuring efficient and reliable system performance.
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical details and answering questions clearly and professionally.
• Manage project timelines and work scope, ensuring timely completion of installations.
• Maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace, keeping track of tools and equipment.
• Complete all necessary paperwork related to the installation process accurately and promptly.
• Educate homeowners about their new HVAC systems, ensuring they understand proper operation and maintenance.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
• A valid EPA certification is highly preferred.
• Technical knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
• NATE/OSHA Certification preferred.
• Service Titan experience is a plus!
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations with a positive attitude.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50+ pounds and working in challenging environments.
• Maintain a clean driving record and successfully pass a background check.
