HVAC Installer/Technician - Tactical Construction : Job Details

We are agile, professional and our goal is to provide quality service to our customers in a professional and safe work environment.Responsibilities:- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems- Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC equipment- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues- Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and assignments- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials usedSkills:- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude- Experience with HVAC system design and installation- Knowledge of property maintenance practices- Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems (preferred)- Proficiency in servicing and repairing various types of HVAC equipment- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent problem-solving skills- Strong attention to detail and accuracyNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. • BA/BS degree in HVAC/mechanicals or related field
• 5+ years experience in HVAC/Mechanicals
• Effective written and verbal communication
