- 3+ years of residential installation work experience.
- EPA Certification
- NATE certification is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and be open to random drug testing.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record.
- Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and on roofs.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
