This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in both residential and commercial properties. If you have a strong work ethic, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering high-quality service, we want you on our team.Who we are: We are your All In House Air conditioning-Heating-Plumbing-Electrical, and Emergency Automated Generator Systems service and installation team on your Commercial or Residential property. Whether you own a Commercial or Residential building, whether you need HVAC installation or service, our goal is to provide you with key environmental systems expertise. You should be at ease and in control - a feeling of confidence and comfort that we are happy to help you establish and maintain.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.
• Install and configure thermostats, ductwork, and related components.
• Ensure all HVAC installations comply with local codes and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices to continually improve skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and installation.
• EPA certification or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical diagrams, and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in HVAC installation and maintenance.
• Must have common tradesmen tools such as refrigeration gauges, multimeters, electronic leak detectors, thermometers
