• Service, troubleshoot, and repair refrigeration systems and chillers.
• Analyze electrical diagrams and work with voltages (24Vac, 120Vac, 460Vac).
• Install, maintain, and repair walk-in coolers/freezers, ensuring proper temperature regulation.
• Perform advanced calculations (e.g., superheat, subcooling) to optimize system efficiency.
• Operate and troubleshoot Beacon 2 and IntelliGen controllers.
• Contribute to maintenance planning, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Train others in advanced HVAC/R tasks and ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards.
• Work with BAS/I/O systems, including sensors, actuators, valves, and controllers.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED (10+ years of experience), Relevant Certificate (5+ years), or Associate's Degree (3+ years).
• Proficiency in HVAC systems, cryogenics (-80°C), and water hydraulics/pumps.
• Universal EPA certification and familiarity with HVAC/R validation/commissioning.
• Advanced knowledge of diagnostic, machine, and predictive tools.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• CMRT certification and Microsoft Office proficiency preferred.
