- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and cultivate new business opportunities.
- Prepare fee and technical proposals, qualification statements, and other sales documents.
- Conduct field visits, review RFPs, attend pre-proposal meetings, and participate in site visits.
- Lead the selection and sale of complete HVAC projects, including multiple lines of equipment such as VAV systems, BAS, chillers, and boiler room equipment.
- Represent and sell top industry brands, including BryanSteam Boilers, Burnham Corporation Boilers, Siemens combustion controls, and more.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying client needs, recommending suitable solutions, and closing deals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HVAC project sales, with a track record of selling annual projects up to $5MM, including MEP Design work & equipment sales
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and HVAC equipment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prepare and present proposals, manage client relationships, and negotiate contracts.
- Familiarity with industry-leading brands and equipment such as boilers, chillers, VAV systems, and related components.
- Ability to work independently while being a part of a collaborative team.
