HVAC Service Technician - Tradesmen International : Job Details

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians for projects located in the Rochester and Spencerport, NY areas. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Determine the layout for plumbing and related materials
• Identify required tools and special equipment
• Install, repair, and maintain sinks showers, toilets, water heaters and conditioners, plumbing fixtures, appliances and trim
• Troubleshoot and fix problems for service accounts
• Remove old hvac equipment and install new systems
• Run pipe and duct work
• Read & interpret wiring diagrams
• Perform appropriate hvac system repairs recharging refrigerant levels, checking for leaks, and ensuring the refrigerant cycle is functioning correctly
• Perform energy efficiency upgrades for AC and refrigeration like installing smart thermostats or sealing ducts
• Explain maintenance procedures to customers and providing recommendations for system upgrades or replacements
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance repairs and service calls

• Refrigeration knowledge
