We are seeking an experienced HVAC Superintendent to join our Corpus christi, Tx location.Job Description:-Manage the scheduling, installation, punch, and inspection process on all phases of construction - Complete all necessary paperwork as required.- Plan and coordinate equipment commissioning/warranty repairs- Coordinate and schedule the day to day job activities for all field positions.- Collaborate with the area manager when issues arise concerning builder relations.- Collaborate with the area manager when issues arise concerning anything with subcontractors/technicans & helpers.- Totally accountable for quality of job through all phases of the job.- Maintain up to date knowledge of codes and ordinances in the municipalities where you are assigned.- Maintain positive relationships with builders, other trades, and inspection authorities.- Submit material take-off worksheets to warehouse for all stages being assigned to subcontractors.Minimum EducationNone Minimum Years of Experience2-4 Specific Qualifications- 2-4 years of experience in New Construction Residential HVAC-Tradesmen License - EPA certification is a plus- Valid Driver's License- Must be able to pass and comply with all safety training, background check and drug testing requirements- Ability to bend, crouch, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, and work on ladders and scaffolds- Bi-lingual is a plus License RequiredYes Job LocationsUS-TX-Corpus Christi Company OverviewIES is a national provider of industrial products and infrastructure services to a variety of end markets, including electrical, mechanical and communications contracting solutions for the commercial, industrial, residential and renewable energy markets.
