Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The HVAC Technician will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients.Key Responsibilities
- Install new HVAC systems and equipment according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they operate efficiently.
- Diagnose and repair issues with heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding system status and necessary repairs.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used on each job.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training in HVAC preferred.
- Valid HVAC Technician license and EPA certifications.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, tools, and safety practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
