Our focus is on retail and commercial multi-site properties Nationwide. We are looking for HVAC/R Service Technicians responsible for providing HVAC services, identifying repair and/or replacement needs, as well as installing, repair, maintain, and upgrade of HVAC systems and equipment.

HVAC/R Service Technician Required Skills and Experience:

* Minimum 3+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance and repair experience.

* Graduate of an HVAC technical institute or school.

* Valid Driver's License

* EPA Universal Certification

* Hands-on knowledge of HVAC systems (1-50 Tons), Commercial Refrigeration, Boilers (gas and oil-fired), Electrical Troubleshooting, and/or Digital Controls. Able to learn multiple sizes and types of systems.

* Basic record-keeping techniques utilizing web-based applications on a mobile device.

* Utilize critical thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and exercises good judgment when completing tasks in an efficient and productive manner.

HVAC/R Service Technician Other Duties and Responsibilities:

* Maintain a clean vehicle and job site including site preparation and clean up.

* Must own personal hand tools, meters, and gauges.

* Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor with clients, co-workers, and subcontractors at all times.

* Adhere to attendance policy with willingness to work additional hours as needed. Flexibility to work overtime/weekends/holidays, as necessary.

* Adhere to and promote the Company Core Values.

* Work cooperatively with others and work independently with little direction.

* Be able to competently handle a large vehicle (such as a van) including parking and backing up in tight spaces.

* Learn and understand time constraints associated with specific repairs within time guide standards to follow Supervisor instructions to complete work in a timely manner.

Work Environment:

Must be able to work in all types of climates including extreme hot and cold temperatures. Must be able to endure walking, squatting, bending, balancing, climbing, kneeling, crawling, and prolonged standing. Must be able to climb ladders.
