Hybrid Personal Assistant for Family Office Needed in Bellevue, WA

Hours: 20 hours per week, 5 days a week preferred; time and schedule can be flexible.
Job Description:
A close-knit Private Family Office is seeking a Personal Assistant/Office Administrator. This individual will be responsible for acting as the Personal Assistant to the Family Office Principles, with their needs as the top priority. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for various office administrative tasks as outlined below. Must be a team player and willing to pitch a helping hand where needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel planning, coordination, and management. Handling last minute changes in travel plans with ease and speed.
- Manage ad hoc projects, such as Christmas card preparation, home organization and more.
- Coordinate with other household staff and office members.
- QuickBooks expense management, tracking and inputting.
- Source, oversee, and manage vendors.
- Manage home projects when needed.
- Plan and coordinate events.
- Perform office administration tasks, including ordering snacks, checking office inventory, setting up for occasional important meetings- providing coffee and water to attendees, assisting with office correspondence and screen phone calls.
Requirements:
- A team player with a positive mindset and attitude, willing to go beyond defined duties and adapt to various tasks while taking pride in supporting the family office as needed.
- Extensive experience in travel booking and planning.
- Tech-savvy, with QuickBooks experience being a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Reliable and dependable.
- Quick thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Compensation: The start of the pay rate range is $40-$50/hour- final compensation is based on experience.
