Hours: 7 AM - 4 PMResponsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to patients of all ages and genders at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
• Manage a daily patient volume of 10-14 patients.
• Utilize the EMR system, Qualifacts Credible, for documentation and patient management.
• Collaborate with a full support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Required Certifications:

• Active State License (Oregon)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a PMHNP.
• Must have adult experience.
• Clean background check.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Must have an active Oregon license; no pending licenses accepted.

Onboarding and Orientation:

• Credentialing process takes 4 to 6 weeks.
• Orientation includes 2 weeks of shadowing with an associate.
• EMR training provided.
