I/E Maintenance Technician - Celanese Corporation : Job Details

Install, Calibrate, test, troubleshoot, and functionally check instruments, control systems, final control elements, control valves, switches, levels, temperatures, and flows. Install, test, troubleshoot and repair motor controls, PLC's, and relays. Use test equipment, multimeters, loop calibrators, communicators, computers and hand tools. Understanding of and ability to troubleshoot ladder logic. Reads, interprets electrical drawings and P&ID's. Maintains drawings to reflect any modifications. Works directly with vendors, operations, and reliability group to resolve problems. Participate in site-wide Process Safety and Risk Reduction. Create and update accurate reports using SAP. Complete all written and electronic records, calibration sheets, work orders and document the work in progress as it is completed. Qualifications: Required Skills & Qualifications.
