You will be interacting with customers in a fast-paced and fun environment; therefore, great communication in English is a must. You will greet and collect their orders, prepare their order, and then collect payment. At the beginning of a shift, you will prepare the shop for business, and at the end of the night, we clean our shops to prepare them for the next day. Participants are responsible for sales of ice cream, milkshakes, and sundaes.

Ice Cream Scoopers work in ice cream shops and are mainly responsible for serving clients with ice cream. Essential work duties include greeting customers, maintaining dairy inventory, collecting payments, suggesting flavors, answering client questions, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and maintaining a clean work area. Qualifications for this role include practical skills, dexterity, customer service, good numeracy skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
