CBD works closely with customers and internal cross functional teams to create and implement joint business plans that deliver value for the customer and company. CBD leaders are expected to pioneer new products, build categories, and deploy best-in-class store and digital capabilities.The Associate Director of Club for our Ice Cream business is a new role fully dedicated to aggressively growing our Ice Cream business at Costco, Sams and BJs through design for channel strategic growth opportunities as well as accelerated partnership and joint business planning focus.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:The Club Team Associate Director of Ice Cream will establish and develop sustained business relationships and drive profitable sales volume for the Ice Cream Category at Club. The CBM is expected to deliver sales, profit share goals while improving return on holistic customer investment, in line with joint business plan targets and customer and brand strategies.The Associate Director is also responsible for improving in-store and online presence by leading brilliant execution across the extended team of Shopper Marketing, eCommerce, Category Management, Category Insights, Business Development and Supply Chain. In addition to leading the multifunctional team, this role has one direct report (CBM).WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Club channel Account Management with CPG is a must.
- Experience in omni-channel and demonstrated eCommerce capabilities.
- Trade Marketing and Category Management experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Nielsen/IRI, Trade Promotion Management and Customer POS Data is strongly desired.
- Must be skilled in verbal and written communications.
- Must be able to effectively relate with multiple levels of management, both internally and externally.
- Must be a strategic thinker that can work effectively, and in a highly collaborative manner.
- Complexity and time management challenges.
- Must have strong relationship building and management skills.EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Undergraduate degree is required.
- 10+ years' Customer Business Manager or equivalent management experience required.LEADERSHIP:
- You're a born leader: Lead the multifunctional effort with customer counterparts; develop and execute joint business plans; manage NSV and trade investment; manage and lead retail initiatives; lead direct report and a multifunctional team.

- You are a self-starter: You love working with ambiguity, developing new solutions and influencing change with a strong bias for action.Pay: The pay range for this position is $135,600 to $203,300. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.Benefits: Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
