Key Responsibilities:

• Assume responsibility for an assigned group of patients, providing continuous care.
• Document patient responses to treatments and prescribed medical interventions, updating physician orders as needed.
• Assist physicians with patient exams, minor diagnostic procedures, and treatments.
• Monitor and assess patient physiological data, intervening as necessary.
• Administer medications, manage IV infusions, and monitor blood product administration.
• Deliver care competently, ensuring high standards of practice.
• Collaborate with patients and families to communicate care plans and hospital procedures, including discharge instructions.
• Refer patient care needs to appropriate staff and delegate tasks to support personnel.

General Responsibilities:

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:-1 year of experience.-Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques and procedures.-Ability to organize, plan, coordinate and evaluate nursing services and apply nursing techniques.-Ability to maintain good working relationships with other employees.-Good verbal and written communication skills.-Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors.-Some computer skills.Preferred Skills & Experience:-N/A
