Qualifications and requirements

Applicants should have a current state RN license and a bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire.
  • One year of experience is preferred.

Department/Unit Summary

The Inpatient ICU is a 6-bed adult unit that treats patients with strokes, post-op surgery recovery, heart failure, COVID-19, accidents, trauma, and Pneumonia. It is on campus and has 12-hour shifts with no call requirements.
