Job Description :

We are looking for a Director to create and oversee a new IDD/DDD program in New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all operational aspects and grow the Residential Habilitation program.
  • Work directly with senior management.

    • Minimum Requirements:

  • Relevant experience and a bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with independent oversight of multiple Residential Habilitation homes.
  • Experience overseeing previous IDD/DDD programs.
  • Combination of management and knowledge of New Jersey IDD programs.

    • This position is not hybrid, so the right candidate will need to be comfortable with commuting to our office in Cherry Hill and occasionally our office in Bala Cynwyd.
