Title: Senior IAM Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC, USA - Hybrid

Duration/Type of Job: 6+ months Contract to Hire

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Candidate will be trusted with supporting an enterprise-wide Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) implementation effort, as well as Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions and systems to facilitate User Lifecycle Management. In this role, a typical day may include:

• Installing, configuring, and deploying Radiant Logic: migrating code and data, integration with other systems for automation, etc.
• Participating in system development to include design, modeling, security, integration, and formal testing of an ICAM solution.
• Installing, integrating, configuring, and deploying Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management
• Engaging with Business stakeholders to gather project requirements and develop complex solutions towards resolution.
• Providing appropriate access to applications, systems, and data with advanced authentication
• Coach and provide guidance to less experienced professionals.

Radiant Logic is the specific technology in this environment

Active director and Azure AD

Very complex management system they want to simplify

Focus for this role is Radiant Logic

Lead needs to be an expert in Radiant Logic

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent work or military experience in a related field)

7 Years of experience in technology system support, software development or a related field

5 Years of experience with information security applications and systems

4 Years of experience evaluating complex application and hosting environments to identify potential weaknesses and provide remediation plans to reduce risk

5 Years of experience designing complex application and infrastructure system
