Job Description :

This position is responsible for identifying opportunities to improve/enhance work environment issues through learning and development, communications, and teambuilding to educate and engage employees; guiding business leaders on effective solutions for addressing corrective action and conflict resolution; leading the development and administration of HR policies, procedures, and tools to effectively support business leaders to promote positive employee relations. POSITION QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field required. Experience:Required Experience / Requirements:

  • 4 years experience in a position which requires a broad understanding of operations flow, delivery of business services, and the impact on the customer and corporate deliverables.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify needs, make recommendations, and implement solutions to improve and enhance the work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and develop creative approaches to align solutions with business needs.
  • Clear and concise verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with all levels of management and employees.
  • Establishment and maintenance of solid working relationships and networks with various levels of employees and management.
  • Strategic thinker with strong consulting, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Working knowledge of Access, Word, and Excel.
  • 5-10% travel required.
  • Understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Training and team facilitation experience and skills.
Preferred Experience / Requirements:
  • Familiar with Federal and State employment and labor laws.
  • Experience designing and delivering instructional material using a variety of media.
  • Experience supporting and implementing Change Management strategies and activities.
  • Experience with HR metrics and processes to drive improvement.
Licenses/Certificates: PHR (Professional in Human Resource or similar designation) from the Society of Human Resources preferred.
