EXAMPLES OF WORKED PERFORMED: Maintain and utilize SCCM software to build and deploy computer images Work in IT imaging lab to maintain and deploy images on a variety of IT equipment such as but not limited to: laptops, desktops, tablets and printers Resolve s incidents and task s through the company ITSM Platform Docu ments, tracks, and monitors technical problems to ensure a timely resolution Package equipment for shipment Run quality control checks on imaged machines Maintains records of repairs and fixes for future reference Lifts and transports computers, monitors, printers, and other devices Tracks, troubleshoot s and resolve issues Demonstrate a culture of respect, adaptability, multifunction capabilities and a strong work ethic Understand and adhere to Company Policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Policy and Procedures manual Perform any other duties as directed by management Perks that come with the job: Fun work environment!
