Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Bilingual Armenian Receptionist for an established company in Glendale, CA. This is an immediate opportunity for a dedicated individual to join a dynamic team and provide exceptional support in a fast-paced office environment. This position pays $18/hr.

• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors.
• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct general office duties such as filing and scanning.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the management team.

• Previous experience as a Receptionist.
• Customer Service Experience.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
• Fluency in Armenian and English.

Monday through Friday, first shift.
