We are a hunting lodge that take people on hunting excursions. We have a 10 bedroom lodge and will provide an all inclusive experience here in south central Nebraska. We are looking for a seaonal cook/chef to feed between 6 to 20 people during there trips here. We are looking for a creative individual that can manage all aspects of the kitchen. From food ordering to preparing the dining room, serving the meals and clean up afterwards. We provide breakfast, lunch and appetizers and drinks before our evening meal. We specialize in good mid western style meals with deserts. Lodging will be provided by us. Breakfast and lunch is typically buffet syle with the evening meal being hand served and paired with a lodge wine. Breakfast is served at 7:00am lunch at 12:00pm Appetizers at 5:00pm and Supper at 7:00pm. Groups will vary in size with typical groups being 6 to 9. Applicants for this job must be self driven and take pride in food presentation and cleanliness. Our season will start Oct.1st and run to Dec. 21st. All kitchen tips will go directly to applicant.
