JOB DESCRIPTION: Immediate openings for Caregivers (CNA/HHA/PCA) to join our Care Connection by the Stratford VNA, team. We are looking for caring, compassionate care givers in Stratford, Trumbull, Shelton, and the surrounding towns. We offer a competitive salary & health insurance.

Experience: Caregiving: Minimum of 1 year of Care Giving Experience (Required)

JOB REQUIREMENTSA Sample of Qualifications Include:

Ability to recognize patient changes or concernsAssist with personal care and activities of daily living i.e. bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care, cooking, light cleaningAssist with ambulation with cane, walker or wheelchairAssist in transferring the patient and performing exercises as neededMaintain dignity and respect for the patient and their propertyMaintain confidentiality in all matters related to client careDemonstrate effective communication skills by convening necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking questions when clarification is needed
