Job Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture client relationships, conduct in-depth phone or in-person consultations, and provide comprehensive responses to client inquiries regarding company services, ultimately facilitating contract agreements.
- Maintain and update detailed client profiles while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Engage in company-hosted seminars and market events to identify and connect with potential clients.
- Acquire thorough knowledge of company services to deliver professional immigration consultation, assisting clients with the necessary documentation process.
- Manage client records and provide timely updates on immigration case progress.
- Gain a deep understanding of client needs, enhance satisfaction levels, and generate new business opportunities through referrals and network expansion.
- Take initiative in completing additional tasks assigned by the company and management.
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in Chinese and have strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- At least 1 years of sales experience, preferably in U.S. immigration services.
- Strong enthusiasm for sales and consulting, with a proactive learning attitude.
- Goal-driven and dedicated to contributing to company growth.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required.

Compensation:
- Salary Range: $48,000 - $96,000 per year
