Immigration Consultant - US Inbound - Alchemy Global Talent Solutions : Job Details

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Immigration Consultant specializing in US immigration based in Dallas, TX.

The Immigration Consultant will:

• Serve as the main point of contact and subject matter authority for all inquiries and issues regarding US immigration
• Collaborate with the immigration attorney, oversee, and complete the green card application process (PERM)
• Liaise with hiring managers in the business, educating them and managing their expectations on the immigration process
• Create and review immigration reports
• Regularly update internal and external parties on immigration changes

Skills required:

• Experience managing US immigration cases with strong knowledge of employment-based US immigration applications
• Experience managing the PERM process
• Ability to manage a high volume caseload
• Adept working in a fast-paced ever changing environment
• Preference for a bachelor's degree
• Ability to function independently and take initiative
• Excellent organizational skills and experience meeting strict deadlines
