Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Immigration Paralegal to assist attorneys with preparing and filing immigration petitions, managing client cases, and ensuring compliance with U.S. immigration laws. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of immigration procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing, filing, and tracking immigration petitions and applications (family-based, employment-based, asylum, etc.).
- Conduct client interviews, gather documentation, and ensure accurate case management.
- Prepare and assemble forms (I-130, I-485, I-765, etc.) for USCIS and other government agencies.
- Maintain organized client files and monitor case deadlines.
- Communicate with clients, providing updates and requesting additional information as needed.
- Prepare responses to RFEs, NOIDs, and other legal correspondence.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Paralegal certification required
- Spanish proficiency, fluent
- At least 3-5 years of immigration law experience preferred.
- Knowledge of immigration laws, forms, and procedures.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in case management software (Clio, LawLogix, etc.) and MS Office.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
