Immigration Paralegal - The Law Offices of Luis Ruiz : Job Details

We are looking for an experienced immigration paralegal to join our growing immigration practice. The ideal candidate is a hard worker, ambitious, empathetic, and solution oriented.

Our office mostly handles cases with USCIS, we handle waivers (I-601, I-601A, I-212), humanitarian self petitions (VAWA and U Visa), and all family petitions (Adjustment of Status or Consular processing).

The perfect candidate has experience in the above mentioned cases, and should be able to answer basic questions about these processes at the interview.

Specifically, we are looking with an immigration paralegal with strong writing skills who has drafted VAWA, U-Visa, and waiver affidavits/declarations. A writing sample of a previous affidavit/declarations will be requested.

Pay will be reflected in the experience of the applicant.
