Job DetailsJob Location AVANCE - National - San Antonio, TX Position Type Full Time Education Level 2 Year Degree Job Shift Day Job Category Education DescriptionJob Overview The Implementation Coach works with the Director of PCEP to provide a menu of services and support to PCEP licensees, including coaching, technical assistance, training and peer support. The Implementation Coach is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere at all times for AVANCE internal employees and AVANCE external program participants. This role focuses on ensuring that the PCEP program is delivered with fidelity to achieve program goals. Job Responsibilities
- Coaching, Training, and Support:
- Providing ongoing technical assistance to partner organizations licensing the PCEP curriculum through both in-person and virtual settings.
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching to support the implementation of the PCEP program.
- Offer guidance and feedback to help PCEP licensees improve their instructional practices and program delivery.
- Organizing and leading implementation planning with PCEP licensees.
- Providing in-person training to PCEP licensee facilitators.
- Supporting PCEP licensees with recruiting efforts.
- Keeping detailed records of all interactions with PCEP licensees.
- Visiting PCEP licensee sites to conduct assessments and offer one-on-one program. support, such as curriculum planning, model lessons, mentoring, coaching, guided practice and feedback, goal setting, and other support as needed.
- Leading collaborative sessions with PCEP licensees to gather feedback, support innovation, and encourage peer support.
- Ensure a culture of continuous improvement & user-centered focus by:
- Collaborating with PCEP Coordinators to continuously improve the PCEP curriculum and network services based on data from licensees.
- Supporting PCEP licensees with data collection, analysis, and evaluation.
- Implementing data-informed decision-making to support training strategies and to make program improvements.
- Providing assistance with and guidance to Student Navigators across the AVANCE network.
- Prepare and present reports on program outcomes, areas for improvement, and coaching effectiveness.
- Communicate program goals, updates, and outcomes to all relevant parties.
- Participate in assigned meetings, events and training as required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

QualificationsEducationRequired:
- Associate Degree in Education, Instructional Coaching, or a related field
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Coaching, or a related field
Work ExperienceRequired:
- At least three (3) years of experience training, mentoring and coaching teachers or adult learners
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Preferred:
- Experience with implementation of AVANCE's Parent-Child Education Program
- Experience with curriculum writing

Travel
- Ability to travel to various sites: Dependable transportation is required daily with a valid driver's license, a clean driving record (subject to annual MVR (Motor Vehicle Report) check and policy), current auto liability insurance and be bondable by AVANCE, Inc.
- Travel required up to 30% of the time for work-related site visits, meetings, and functions.

- Work is generally performed in an office environment.
- Noise level in the work environment is moderate to occasionally loud (examples: business office with computers and printers, light to moderate traffic, human voices).
- Standard office equipment generally used includes:

- May be required to operate a motor vehicle during the course of duties.
