Overview:
Gentiva's National Account Dept. is looking for an Implementation Specialist of Bus Dev&Managed Care to join our dynamic team. This position will report directly to the VP of Strategic Business Development&Managed Care and is essentially a“sales success engineer”. You will be responsible for meeting the established goals in closed contract projects as well as new deal implementation plans. A key component of this role will be to pull and disseminate company metrics for National Account VP and Executive Sellers by reviewing and optimizing many aspects of key performance benchmarks. The stats will primarily be for Hospice but may include other PAC business lines.
The person chosen for this role will be responsible for managing existing and new business implementation as assigned by the VP. Key components of the role include:
- Assist in the on-boarding and welcoming of new customers and support the business planning and execution of long-term partnerships, ultimately increasing the organizations business growth through new partner success support
- Increase sales information flow and convey the intel to Executive Sellers and leadership, through data analytics, to generate actionable insights
- Strengthen strategy and performance components of key customer segments such as Health Systems, ACOs, Physician Groups, MCOs, and SNF/ALF, as well as other upstream and downstream providers.
The position's focus will include success of partnerships, and the pulling of company provided metrics, as well as trending and analysis of data to support sales results:
- Initiate and trend analysis of key benchmarks to improve large account sales implementation
- Track performance of projects underway within the scope of the department
- Facilitate calls and virtual in-person meetings with key accounts; with internal stakeholders; and with customer prospects as assigned by VP, to expertly convey status commentary
- Ensure tools and templates are built to allow for efficient execution of sales processes
- Responsible for pulling and compiling data for internal and external reporting purposes
About You:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- A minimum of two years' related experience in Post-Acute Care or Value-based care analysis; broad understanding of ACOs and/or other CMS models; and solid working knowledge of sales process including growth cycles and account management.
- Solid PAC sales experience and sales-process knowledge
- A successful candidate will possess all the above along with stellar communication skills, ability to collaborate across departments, and work autonomously for several hours per week.
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems
- Ability to model business processes
- Knowledge and experience with project management processes and execution.
- Strong knowledge of data base systems used in the industry
- PMP Certification helpful
