This individual provides professional support for Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) Information System (IS) and has multiple responsibilities focused on facilitating the efficient coordination of IS implementation, training, support and related activities. The Implementation and Training Assistant creates and maintains multi-location and resource training schedules and course/student registrations for MCHS - while exhibiting exceptional customer service. This individual requires the ability to work under pressure with minimal direction and maintain a high degree of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.Position may be primarily remote, candidate would need to be 50 miles of an MCHS location, with occasional business needs to travel onsite to a nearby MCHS location. EDUCATIONFor positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.Minimum Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Coursework in secretarial science, medical transcription, general business or related field.Preferred/Optional: Associate degree in administrative professional, business, office technology or related field.EXPERIENCE Minimum Required: One year of experience in a customer service setting. Two years of office or administrative experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Professional Suite.Preferred/Optional: Two years of experience with information technology, training, or health care facility.CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position.
